Overview

Gerald Miller Construction completed the full scope of civil work for the Painted Hills Wind Turbine Project in Desert Hot Springs, CA. Our work included 300,000 cubic yards of excavation and footing preparation, construction of 640-cubic-yard mass concrete footings, and building access roads and turbine pads. We were responsible for all earthwork, structural foundations, and site finishing for this renewable energy development.

The project demanded high-volume excavation and precise concrete formwork to support wind turbine installations. Working on a remote and expansive site, our team managed both large-scale material movement and detailed finish work, delivering a stable foundation for a cutting-edge energy infrastructure project.
